TL;DR

This post describes a bug that I encounter on Windows 10, and it is related to the non-resizable error message window.

Here is a user story. You have a folder with several subfolders structure, where some files in subfolder substructure extend maximal characters for window path. In Filezilla, you try to copy that folder from the Linux side to Windows, and you get the above error message window.

The issue is that Windows could not be resized, and it is not possible to see the full problematic file path. You only get those three dots. This is inconsistent with user expectations.
